Welcome to Breathe Deep Designs where creating a unique design for the soul of the Wanderer.
All items are designed and handcrafted using fine materials such as Thai silver, sterling silver, 22K gold-vermeil (22k over sterling silver), gemstones and freshwater pearls. The Wanderer inspired jewelry is about meaningful jewelry that you will find yourself wearing with pride for years to come. We think it's important to create designs you can pass down or give as quality gifts to those dear to you. For Frequently Asked Questions please reference the sections below.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
You may checkout via our shopping cart using any major credit card or paypal. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Texas residence will be changed sales tax in thier order.
Prompt payment is appreciated. Please note that payment must be made within 3 days. If not, we will assume that you have changed your mind and reserve the right to cancel the order and re-post the item.
At this time we are only shipping within the US. We use USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) with delivery confirmation & insurance. It takes 3-4 business day to most major cities with a few more days for others. If you need something faster please email us before ordering so that we can adjust the price based on the requested speed.
Your package will ship to the address that is associated to your method of payment, so please be sure to verify it when you complete your order. If it is a gift and needs to be shipped elsewhere, please send us a message before the purchase so we can capture the proper information.
It is important that you are delighted with your purchase. Our goal to is to have happy customers who come back again and again.
If you receive your item and you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package and we will do our best to address your concern and find something else you would like.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of package, for shipping instructions and a return authorization. The items must be shipped at the buyers expense with tracking within 10 days from the approved request. Once the item has been received by us in unused sellable condition, we will refund the purchased amount (minus shipping costs) within 2-3 business days to the card used for the purchase.
Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To obtain a return authorization, please contact us via email requesting your return/exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your request we will get back to you with further information.
If an item breaks or is damaged from normal use or a reasonable reason during the first 60 days, we will do our best to fix it. Please email us first and we can see if a repair can be made. Shipping will still be the buyers responsibility. Items that are mishandled or have been "cleaned with chemicals" and damaged will not be replaced. Please be sure to package your items carefully and ship with tracking. Lost items sent back from the buyers returns are the buyers responsibility to follow up on so hold on to your tracking information.
PROTECTING YOUR DESIGNS:
Please care for your designs like the precious gems and metals they are! Minimize their contact to chemicals (hairspray, perfume, body lotion, bleach, etc.) and do not wear them during a workout, in showers, in swimming pools or in hot tubs. Like all fine jewelry, it will wear longer if not exposed to chemicals and handed with love. Brass and sterling silver can be polished up by using a clean soft white rag and rubbing gently. Chemical cleaners will harm designs in the long run and are not recommended for use on any metals but especially near semi and precious stones.
If the jewelry has been purchased directly from us, we do fix the jewelry for a fee after your 60 days. Please contact us and send photos so we can quote you for the repair. If the item was purchased through a retailer, please contact the retailer for their repair policy.
We do some jewelry repair for items that were not made by us. Please contact us via email and send photos to see if we can help you. Repairs are case by case basis.
We are happy to tell you if we can create a custom design, size, or length for you. Please understand that once an item has been agreed upon and made especially for you, it is non refundable.
